American Combat Arts

Our Adult martial arts program offers a multiple arts/mixed curriculum approach to training. In this class, we draw upon several different martial arts to teach practical and effective methods of self-defense in a safe, friendly atmosphere. A great way to relieve stress while developing physical strength, stamina, flexibility, and agility - all while learning practical self-defense skills.
